altHost Phebe Beiser interviews Connie Springer, freelance photographer, librarian, writer, mother and daughter in an inspirational episode about nonagenarians.   In Connie's recently published book, Positively Ninety, she interviews 28 local Cincinnatians to discover what their secret is in aging gracefully.  Connie shares her motive for this ambitious project as it relates to her experience with her mother’s aging.  Her interviews cover a broad range of nonagenarians, each with their own secret to life. One of her favorite maxims – “I never turn down an invitation. I can always be ready in 10 minutes.” Another subject purchased his first computer at age 90.
